Aisac Labs (“we”) operates Nolum (“the product”). This policy explains what we collect and why during the beta.

What we collect

• Email address (to send TestFlight invites, beta updates, and onboarding instructions)

• Optional feedback you choose to share (surveys, messages, or calls)

• Basic analytics and crash data (to improve stability and product performance)

How we use it

• To provide beta access and communicate about Nolum

• To troubleshoot issues and improve product quality

• To understand what features are most useful

• To provide Nolum’s core features, we may process recipe content you import or paste, voice commands after they are converted to text, and AI-generated or recipe-related text needed to answer questions and provide spoken responses. We may use service providers to process this content on our behalf solely to operate and improve Nolum.

How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the beta (for example, form and email tools), only as needed to operate Nolum. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate Nolum’s beta features, such as authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and AI/voice processing.

Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Beta analytics may be retained in aggregated form to improve the product.

Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can also request access or deletion of your information by emailing hello@aisaclabs.com.

Nolum is not intended for children under 13.
